What I collect when you get in touch, what I do with it, and how to ask me to change or remove it. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Who I am

LukeNoFurther is a sole-trader handyman business run by Luke Phillips, Buderim QLD (ABN 88 726 237 942). In this policy “I” and “me” means LukeNoFurther.

What I collect

Only what I need to quote, book and do your job:

  • your name, phone number, email address and the job address
  • what you tell me about the job, and any photos you send
  • calls, texts and emails between us
  • for agency work, the work order and tenant access details your agency sends me
  • quote, invoice and payment records

The website also counts visits and taps on the call and job-form buttons so I know the site is working. That count does not identify you.

What I use it for

  • to reply to you, price the job and book a time
  • to do the work, and send photos and the invoice afterwards
  • to send you a reminder about a quote or an unpaid invoice
  • to keep the business and tax records the law requires

I do not sell your details, and I do not use them for advertising lists.

Who else handles it

I run the business with everyday software, which stores your details on my behalf: Google (email, calendar, files), Xero (quotes and invoices), Airtable (my job list), my text-message provider, and Cloudflare (this website). I also use AI assistants to help me sort messages and draft replies; anything that goes to a customer is checked by me first. If you are a tenant, I share access arrangements with your property manager. I only pass details on where it is needed for your job, or where the law requires it.

Google account access

My own business tools connect to my own Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) so jobs, bookings and photos stay in one place. They are used only by me, for this business. They never sign in to, or read data from, anyone else’s Google account.

How long I keep it

Job and invoice records are kept for at least five years, because Australian tax law requires it. Enquiries that did not turn into a job are cleared out once they are no longer needed.

Seeing, fixing or removing your details

Ask any time. Email lukenofurtherhandyman@gmail.com or call 0433 040 721, and I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or remove what I am not required to keep. If you are not happy with how I have handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
