Getting it to me
Two ways, and the quick one is not the worse one. Both land in the same place.
Send me a couple of photos and a line
Take two or three from different angles and distances — one close up so I can see the damage, and one from a few steps back so I can see where it sits and what is around it. Then tell me roughly what you want done and where you are. That is genuinely enough to price most jobs; I do not need a form filled in to work out what a torn fly screen needs.

Worth including if you can: the suburb, and whether there are a few other little jobs at the same place. Several small things in one visit almost always works out cheaper than doing them one at a time.
Rather write it all down? Use this
It asks the things I would otherwise have to email you about. Takes about two minutes, and the more you tell me the more likely you get a real price back instead of “I will need to come and look”.

Itemised, scope spelled out, and options priced where there is more than one sensible way to do it. If I find something nobody could have seen, I stop and tell you before doing anything extra.
Booked, done, and invoiced with photos
Confirmed date and time, a heads-up on the day, drop sheets down and the old parts and packaging leave with me. Before and after photos come by email, with the invoice or straight after it.
